National Rocketry Championship — 2021–2022

In our first year competing in the NRC, Peryton Space came 4th overall and achieved the 2nd highest apogee of the competition, 925m. Peryton 1 was the first rocket ever designed, built and launched by Peryton Space. It held a 100 g payload that measured the angular velocity, acceleration and velocity of the rocket, as well as the temperature of the air and the magnetic field of the Earth. The body of the rocket was recovered straight away but the nosecone detached. Thanks to an alarm on the payload, it was found 24 hours after launch the next day.
